Job Description
As an Auto Glass Installation Technician Trainee, you will be trained and educated to become a proficient auto glass technician. You will receive competitive weekly pay, a benefits package, and the opportunity to earn additional income through tuition reimbursement and selling unused PTO. The role involves hands-on and classroom training, including installing and repairing auto glass, recalibrating automotive safety systems, and providing additional services and products.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in tight spaces
- Proficiency in using computerized diagnostic tools
