Line Cook

Line Cooks are responsible for preparing accurate, hot or cold meals for guests, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation standards. They will maintain a clean and sanitary work area, and ensure product quality. This role is a part of an engaging team environment.

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, high pressure environment
• Understand weights, measures, and conversions
• Know food safety and inventory concepts
• TABC seller certification and Texas Food Handler’s Training
• 21 years of age or older
• Ability to maintain patience with guests and coworkers
• Ability to communicate in English (read and speak)
