Must be 21, have craft beer experience, and be proficient with technology
Executive Catering Chef
5 years of supervisory kitchen experience, culinary degree, strong leadership skills, and food safety certification
Line Cook
High school diploma or GED preferred. Kitchen experience needed. TABC certification and Texas Food Handler’s Training required. Must be 21+ and able to work in fast-paced environment
Catering Cook
Prior kitchen experience or related degree/certification required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Food Handler’s Training required prior to start
Prep Cook
21+ year old. Kitchen experience or degree/cert. TABC cert & food handler's training. English language proficiency and teamwork required
Server
Restaurant experience (table service preferred), craft beer knowledge, TABC certification & Food Handler's Training. Must be 21+ and communicate in English
Runner
Restaurant experience preferred. TABC seller cert & Texas Food Handler's cert required. Must be 18+ and able to communicate in English
Dishwasher
TABC certification and food handler's training required. 21+ years of age. Must be a craft beer enthusiast
Host
Prior restaurant experience preferred. Basic computer skills and math skills are needed. TABC and Texas Food Handler’s cert required
Busser
Requires TABC certification and Food Handler’s Training. Must be 18+ and able to work in a team. English communication skills are a plus
