Emergency Room (ER) Physician

The ER Physician provides direct clinical treatment services to patients on an outpatient basis, ensuring that patients receive the treatment necessary to treat their emergency medical complaint.

Requirements

• Certification and Licensures: Board Certification or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• Certification & Licensures:
• Medical license in the State
• BLS
• PALS
• ACLS
• ATLS
• Controlled Substance license for the State of Missouri and Federal DEA
• Board Certified within 2 years of hire date
• Competent in delivery of healthcare services for ages 0 to 120 years
• Age specific competency is measured by a variety of methods
• Must have successfully completed, an accredited residency program
• Must maintain active medical privileges and medical memberships
