As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth within your Saks Fifth Avenue store by developing the clienteling skills and selling behaviors of your team, maintaining high visibility on the selling floor, and refining the art of connecting with clients to build sustainable relationships through exceptional service and regular outreach. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success managing a selling and operations workforce and achieving business results, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. The Sales Manager will be responsible for coaching and mentoring direct reports, overseeing customer service efforts, and executing plans and strategies to build strong client relationships and meet overall client development goals.
