Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a personable Electrical Engineer to join our multi-discipline design team. The role will include business development, marketing, and project management duties.

Requirements

• Responsible for total electrical systems design for specific projects
• Make calculations integral to the electrical systems design
• Familiar with and apply applicable building codes and standards
• Deal directly with clients/owners to determine specific project needs
• Manage, direct, and supervise project to assure project conforms to the commitments related to time, quality, and communications
• Assist market segment manager and team leader in manpower projections and scheduling of work
• Manage, direct, and supervise electrical engineering staff in the execution of specific projects
• Schedule and lead electrical production staff meetings
• Supplement ICT design standards and administrative procedures where needed
• Learn ICT's client base and the services provided
• Provide marketing support for project pursuits
• Capable of increasing technical competency with experience and work ethic
• Ability to effectively communicate with architects, owners, and contractors
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a strong team
• Excellent organization and time management skills
