Solutions engineer

Sama is searching for an experienced Solutions Engineer who is excited to solve customers' most complex problems. As a technical expert, you will provide consulting expertise, value-based demonstrations, support enterprise Proof of Concepts, and develop custom solutions and integrations, while illustrating the value of Sama’s services and solutions.

Requirements

• Partner with Sama Account Executives and Sama Account Managers to deliver new customer pilots and grow technical relationships with existing customers
• Lead technical scoping and requirements gathering to design complex AI data solutions for clients
• Design, develop, and maintain demos, integrations, and other tools for executing successful pilot programs and customer expansions
• Become an expert in Sama products from a business and technical standpoint
• Evangelize Sama and engage with customers at major industry events and academic conferences
• Partner with Product and R&D to influence the Product roadmap based on real-time industry insights
• Collaborate with fellow SEs and technical teams to share best practices, lessons learned, and technical insights
