Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)

Sambla Group is seeking an experienced Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to join their team and help build and lead their compliance function. The CCO will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining their compliance framework and internal control framework.

Requirements

• Academic degree in law, economics, or equivalent
• At least 7-10 years of experience in compliance, law, or regulatory work in a bank, credit institution, or other financial business
• Good knowledge of relevant regulations such as LBF, AML/CTF, GDPR, and regulations for internal control and governance
• Experience of dialogue with the Financial Supervisory Authority is meritorious
• Experience from work in or close to control functions (2nd line) is meritorious
