Commercial Lead, Artificial Lift

We're looking for a Commercial Lead to own business development for the Artificial Lift segment, identifying customers and leading commercial conversations to drive momentum with operators, OEMs, and service companies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Artificial Lift
• Solid understanding of ESP failure modes
• Experience with condition monitoring, production optimisation, and/or reliability engineering
• Strong commercial instinct
• Ability to translate technical detail into business value
• Willingness to travel 30–50%
• BSc/MSc in Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, or Control Engineering, or equivalent experience
