ROAM by San Chez is seeking a Dishwasher to join their team in Grand Rapids, MI. They offer a vibrant atmosphere with global flavors and high-volume excitement. This is an on-site position in a charcoal-operated Josper oven.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or similar role is preferred.
• Ability to operate industrial dishwashing machines.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation techniques.
• Ability to handle and sort dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils efficiently.
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• No formal education is required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
