Head of Finance

Sanctu is looking for a world-class Head of Finance to lay the foundation of a capital-efficient organization and pave the way for further fundraising through debt and equity. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or prestigious consulting firms and be able to create complex financial models, implement an ERP system, and build a cost-conscious and efficient organization.

Requirements

• Create complex financial models
• Create compelling presentations to actively engage existing and potential investors
• Have experience in structured finance and debt financing
• Implement an ERP system
• Implement and streamline our accounting and auditing processes
• Build a cost-conscious and efficient organisation
• Coordinate legal efforts across tax, corporate, and regulatory domains
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
