Job Description
Sanctuary Supported Living is recruiting for Bank Care and Support Assistants at their CQC Registered Physical and Learning Disabilities Service, Hilltop House, Bury St Edmunds. The role includes providing support to customers with learning and physical disabilities, delivering personal care, and promoting a positive culture.
Requirements
- Prior experience delivering personal care is desirable
- A kind, caring nature
- Ability to work well both as part a team and on own initiative
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to the changing needs of customers
- Excellent organisation skills
- NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards, is desirable
