Care and Support Assistant

Sanctuary Supported Living is recruiting for a Care and Support Assistant to work at their CQC Registered Learning and Physical Disabilities Service at Shaftesbury Court in Trowbridge. The role involves delivering personalized care and support to customers, promoting active support for independence, and encouraging customers to live as independently as possible.

Requirements

• NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards
• Personalized approach to care, ideally with experience with physical/learning disabilities or high needs
• Enthusiastic and flexible, with a strong 'can-do' attitude
• Strong organizational skills, functional literacy, and numeracy
• Ability to react quickly to changing priorities while working to deadlines and targets
• Good communication skills to build strong relationships with customers
