Job Description
Sandbox VR is seeking a Shift Lead (Key Holder) to deliver exceptional guest experiences in their large-open VR store. The role involves leading and training store teams, maintaining facility cleanliness, managing shifts effectively, and ensuring a positive and secure atmosphere for all guests. They are looking for a proactive and adaptable individual with strong problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Experience at operations management level in retail or hospitality (preferred)
- Proficiency in utilizing computer and tablet technologies
- Ability to maintain a premium and professional store environment
- Weekend availability
- Physical stamina for long hours and occasional lifting/standing
