Product Engineer

As a Product Engineer at Sano, you will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing the right problems to solve, owning features end-to-end, and shaping technical direction in a small team.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and shipping production software
• Experience with languages and frameworks such as Go, Python, or Ruby on Rails
• Ability to work in small, high-trust teams and collaborate closely with other engineers
• Product-first approach to engineering and prioritizing outcomes and impact over purely technical perfection
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and contributing to early-stage thinking
• Ability to balance speed with quality and make pragmatic decisions around technical debt, testing, and documentation
