Job Description
PhD Internship in AI Research - Foundation Models on Structured Data at SAP. Work with experienced researchers and apply AI methods to SAP's business software. Publish research results and contribute to SAP product development.
Requirements
- PhD student at least in the second year or PostDoc
- Experience in deep learning, transformer architectures, and self-supervised learning
- Publication record in recognized ML/NLP conferences or journals
- Proficient in PyTorch and Python with statistical analysis and shell programming skills
- Fluent in English
