SAP Analytics & Data Architect - Global Delivery Hub

SAP is seeking a SAP Analytics & Data Architect to design and deliver modern data architectures that support analytics, AI, and business transformation initiatives. The role involves developing data architecture designs, creating roadmaps, and recommending technology choices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern data and analytics platforms, experience with SAP data platforms, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Strong architectural and hands-on understanding of modern data and analytics platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure/AWS/GCP data services, streaming/event architectures, Palantir and OpenSource technologies, including the Apache ecosystem)
• Good knowledge of SAP data platforms including BDC, Datasphere, SAC, BW/4HANA, and HANA Cloud.
• Experience designing data models, integration patterns, and analytical data pipelines.
• Working knowledge of data governance fundamentals: lineage, metadata management, MDM, lifecycle management, and compliance considerations.
• Ability to translate business needs into data architecture requirements and communicate them clearly to technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and storytelling skills.
• Comfortable working in complex environments and supporting architectural discussions and trade-off decisions.
