SAP NS2 Functional Application Architect-onsite Chantilly, VA

The role is part of a broader team implementing and maintaining SAP enterprise software solutions. As a functional consultant, you will work closely with customer end users and developers to translate current processes into requirements for configuration and development of new functionality.

Requirements

• Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for new software applications
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance
• Serve as a liaison between technical team and the stakeholders
• Designing and developing new functions or improving existing ones
• Gather and analyze requirements to design or enhance new processes to improve user experience
• Interface with senior leadership for guidance on information strategy, vision, and priorities
• Create documentation such as requirements specifications, test scripts, user guides, and help files
• Perform quality assurance testing of new software releases to ensure that they meet stated requirements
• Provide technical support to end users and helping them troubleshoot issues with software applications
