Job Description
SAP is seeking a Senior Technical Service Manager to join its Enterprise Cloud Services organization in Cairo, EG. This role involves providing cloud-based infrastructure, technical services, and applications to SAP private cloud customers, ensuring their cloud transformation journey and achieving business outcomes. The manager will analyze customer needs, create solutions, and orchestrate service execution, working across various SAP departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in English AND Arabic
- Minimum 10 years of SAP Technical administration and operations of SAP Solutions
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Hands on experience with Unix/Linux flavors, SAP HANA and Sybase data bases
- Experience de-escalating critical situations
- Strong knowledge of SAP Technologies and Products (SAP certification highly beneficial)
