Services Architecture Expert

SAP America, Inc. seeks a Services Architecture Expert to act as a Customer Advisor on IT-Services by providing holistic advice and guidance focusing either on an application/solution, an industry, or technology. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Project or Business Management, or a related field of study and seven years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Project or Business Management, or a related field of study and five years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Requirements

• Delivering enterprise business transformation projects and aligning customer priorities with target architecture and roadmap
• SAP Solution Portfolio and Enterprise Architecture Framework (North Star)
• Business Technology Platform components including application development, automation, data and analytics, integration, and AI and practical experience with S/4HANA applications
• Customer communication, influencing, and negotiation skills at senior management and C-levels, both within an IT team and across business functions
• Cloud and Clean Core Strategy, familiarity with SAP LeanIX, Signavio, and Cloud ALM
• SAP's Business AI roadmap, including identifying use cases and piloting AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes
