Research Site Manager

Join our mission-driven team at Sarah Cannon Research Institute (SCRI) as a Research Site Manager. You will lead the facility's research program, oversee clinical trial-related activities, and provide leadership and direction to the research staff. You will assess quality of data and performance of clinical trials, develop action plans, and manage budget. You will also promote communication and accountability between staff and physicians, and enhance operational effectiveness while emphasizing cost containment without jeopardizing innovation of quality of care.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required
• Registered Nurse - Must have a valid license as a Registered Nurse for the State of Nevada
• Knowledge of FDA guidelines and GCP
• Must be able to read, understand and comply with research protocols
• Experience using clinical trial databases, electronic data capture, MS Access and MS Excel
• At least three years of experience in an oncology setting
