
Job description
This position is a field assignment requiring travel, working closely with project team members and supervising contractor and sub-contractor trade employees. The successful candidate will move from site to site, with typical project assignments lasting about 3–9 months.
Develop project-specific construction management and/or commissioning management work plans, lead and manage site construction management and commissioning staff, monitor construction progress, cost, quality, scope, and safety, and ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.
The successful candidate will have 7–12 years of relevant construction management experience, determination of staff positions and size, construction labor knowledge, and experience in establishing and effectively using project controls tools to manage a large construction project.
