Job Description
The Head Athletic Performance Coach shall provide Christ-centered leadership in regards to student involvement and development, and be responsible for establishing and maintaining a strength and conditioning program for all sports.
Requirements
- BS in Kinesiology or related field
- Current relevant professional certification credentialed by an independent accreditation agency (NSCA, CSCS)
- Strong working knowledge and teaching skills in analysis and techniques of strength training
- Experience and/or expertise in strength and conditioning programming for high school population
- Evidence of strong organizational skills and effective oral and written communication skills
- Professing Christian with a Biblically sound faith experience that is clearly communicated
- Holding a core belief in Biblical integration within a framework of academics
- Ability to create, direct, and maintain a total program that provides continuity and training that prepares students for performances, competitions, etc.
