Job Description
The Shift Lead directs the daily activities of store team members, responsible for store operations, customer service, and employee performance. They assist the store management team in maintaining store conditions and programs. The Shift Lead is responsible for excellent customer service and accomplishes all job duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Comprehensive product knowledge and the ability to train other team members
- Previous training/supervisory experience a plus
