Requirements

• 1-3 years of successful sales development experience, preferably in technology
• German and English language skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively break down complex technical information into clear, persuasive talking points
• A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals
• Strong lead qualification abilities (BANT) or (CHAMP)
• Proficiency with CRM applications
• A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
