Dispatch

We are hiring a Part-Time Dispatcher, 16 to 24 hours a week. The Transit Dispatcher is responsible for providing public transportation information and quality customer service, scheduling ride requests, and communicating with Transit Drivers.

Requirements

• Assist in planning and scheduling of transit routes
• Receive transportation requests using transit dispatch software and monitor operation and accuracy
• Check transit routes to ensure efficiency
• Assist with accurate record keeping
• Monitor communication between drivers in the field for assistance
• Provide excellent customer service
