Job Description
We are looking for a Factory Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our sponges and mattress production facility.
Requirements
- Proven experience (15+ years) in a manufacturing or production management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Background in foam, sponges, or mattress production is preferred.
