SBM Management is searching for a dynamic Office Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of managing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of our office.
Requirements
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
- Provide support to office staff as needed throughout the workday
- Distribute communication related to facility operations
- Assist with organizing and executing office-based SBM events
- Manage and organize office files, records, and documents
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Ensure the office is clean and tidy at all times
- Perform regular cleaning tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, and emptying trash bins
- Clean and sanitize common areas, including restrooms and kitchen spaces
- Restock supplies in restrooms and kitchen areas
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Other duties as assigned
