The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of SBM's client facilities. This role provides a structured pathway to refine management skills, expand industry knowledge, and transition into a long-term leadership role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 4+ years of experience in facility management or similar
- Experience in supervisory or managerial roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and project management abilities
- Ability to interpret, analyze, and respond to inquiries from customers, regulatory agencies, and business stakeholders
- Excellent presentation, training, and coaching skills
- Active/Transferable DoD TS Clearance (preferred)
