Requirements

• Manage Business Unit activities related to Commissioning
• Select and recruit Commissioning site personnel
• Ensure QA and HSE procedures are understood and enforced
• Assist Construction and Commissioning Division Manager in preparing budget
• Conduct performance evaluations of Commissioning Department Personnel
• Cover administrative aspects relative to Commissioning Department
• Participate in review, development and update of GEMS, Departmental Working Instructions and Job Descriptions
• Provide support to PMT for timely and effective execution of Commissioning related activities
• Ensure correct level of Commissioning support is present in the office during Engineering phase
• Manage Commissioning team supporting the above activities
• Support PMT regarding EPC schedule input, EPC schedule criticality analysis, Interfaces
• Monitor Commissioning activities on-site and provide occasional coverage in Construction Yards or on Offshore Facilities
