Global Process Lead

Lead the engineering efforts to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of process systems within our operations. Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce operational costs, increase production output, and reduce emissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in process engineering roles within the oil and gas industry with a minimum of 5 years in Operation
• Ability to analyze complex engineering challenges and drive continuous improvement in production performance
