Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering
• 10-15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry
• Senior-level role with managerial responsibilities
• Proven project experience with a solid understanding of project management, engineering principles, lifecycle processes, and construction
• Proven expertise in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 10006, ISO/TS 29001, ISO/IEC 80079-34)
• Proficiency in quality investigation tools and methodologies
• Strong knowledge in welding, coating, NDT, preservation, and explosive atmospheres (Ex)
• Functional Competencies: Organizational culture, Monitoring performance and compliance, Quality, Learning from events, SBM Product Knowledge, Internal Audit Delivery, Management systems standards and framework, HSSE Quality Regulatory and Process Safety Leadership
