Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
• Strong understanding of process safety, asset integrity, and risk management
• Proven experience in technical personnel management and development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in industry.
