IT Support Engineer

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our Co-Managed IT Support team in Gurugram, India. The individual will be responsible for excellent client service while handling global IT support requests from end users including Microsoft 365 and other business applications.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in IT helpdesk roles
• Relevant Microsoft Certifications for Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, or Security
• Linux skills desirable
• Strong foundation in Office 365 administration and troubleshooting
• Good understanding of Windows OS, and basic networking concepts
• Strong problem solving and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
