Job Description
Scale AI is accelerating the development of AI systems by providing data, infrastructure, and tooling. As a Research Scientist Manager, you will lead a team of research scientists and engineers, define the research roadmap, and drive execution from early prototyping to deployment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on research experience in machine learning, deep learning, generative models, agent/rl systems or related domains
- Strong track record of research excellence, including publications in top-tier ML/AI venues
- Experience leading or managing research teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
