Job Description
Supervisor of Dental Sterilization Technicians is responsible for ensuring the sterility and functionality of surgical instruments and equipment, leading a team of Dental Sterilization Technicians to maintain the highest standards of infection control.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Two years of experience in sterile processing or demonstrated proficiency as a Dental Sterilization Technician
- Current HSPA Certification in Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (CRCST) or Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Additional Qualifications for Supervisor of Dental Sterilization Technicians II: Two additional years of experience or demonstrated proficiency as a Supervisor of Dental Sterilization Technicians I, and Current HSPA Certification in Healthcare Leadership (CHL)
