Job Description
Schaeffler is seeking motivated Engineers for their manufacturing facility in Cheraw, SC. This two-year leadership development program provides cross-departmental exposure and focuses on developing best practices. Upon graduation, a permanent position is guaranteed. The rotation model emphasizes hands-on experience, mentoring, and formal training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
- 3.0 minimum GPA
- 2 rotations of co-ops or internships
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Leadership experience or exposure preferred
- Thorough understanding of engineering principals
- Excellent Organization and Communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Willingness to relocate every 6 months
