Job Description
Schaeffler is seeking an Accelerated Leadership Program participant to join a global technology company. The program involves four rotations across the North American region, offering cross-departmental exposure and hands-on experience. The first rotation will start in Cheraw, SC. Upon graduation, a permanent position in Cheraw, SC, is guaranteed, with company housing and a competitive salary and benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant Engineering or Engineering Technology
- 3.0 minimum GPA
- 2 Rotations of relevant co-ops or internships
- Thorough understanding of engineering principles
- Excellent Organization and Communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
