Job Description
SCHEELS is a leader in the sporting goods industry and is seeking a part-time Gun Customer Service representative. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, fitness, fashion, or the outdoors and be able to provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions through registers
- Collect payment from customers and provide accurate change
- Record daily transactions and balance drawer
- Maintain orderly appearance of personal work space and surrounding areas
- Assist with gun room housekeeping and carry multiple gun boxes
- Demonstrate multitasking, organization, attention to detail, and problem solving skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office programs and ability to calculate figures and amounts
- Promote the Scheels Visa card and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
