7 years of experience as a Lead Construction Superintendent, high school diploma required, proficiency in reading commercial construction plans and specifications
Project Manager- Retail/Restaurant Construction
4+ years of experience, experience with Procore, strong verbal presentation skills
Estimator
5+ years of experience, strong presentation skills, and ability to prioritize and multi-task
Project Administrator
2+ years of experience, excellent communication skills, high level of professionalism, and team-player skills
Traveling Superintendent East Coast
3-5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, High school diploma required, OSHA 30 required
Senior Project Manager
10+ years experience in construction project management, ideally in retail. Must have experience managing projects in the $2-5 million range. Experience with Procore/similar software is needed
