Full Stack Software Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking highly motivated, collaborative, and technically strong Full Stack Software Engineers to join our Enterprise Technology Application Development team. The selected candidates will play a key role in building and maintaining a portfolio of internal business systems that support critical operational workflows across multiple domains within the organization.

What You Will Do

Build and deliver full-stack software features across backend services, APIs, databases, and frontend applications. Develop and maintain Java and Spring Boot backend services supporting production business applications. Build React and TypeScript user interfaces aligned to shared platform and design standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of full-stack software engineering experience building scalable enterprise applications
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React, and TypeScript
• Experience designing and maintaining relational databases, including PostgreSQL schema development and integrations
• Hands-on experience with Docker, containerized applications, and CI/CD pipelines
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn unfamiliar systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute in high-ownership environments
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience working across distributed engineering teams
