Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in technical discipline
- 8+ years of power industry RD / QA working experience
- Basic understanding of power related product electronic circuit / component knowledge
- Results oriented, precise, organized, capable to handle complex issues
- Lesson Learned & Continue improvement
- Offer Safety process
- Risk Detection and Assessment
- Supplier Quality Management, supplier Coaching and continue Improvement
- Customer quality analytics & Problem Resolving

- Advanced English level
