
Job description
The F&I Manager is responsible for assisting customers with the purchase and lease of vehicles by securing financing options and offering appropriate aftermarket products. The role ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction while maximizing dealership profitability.
Primary responsibilities include presenting and explaining vehicle financing options to customers, obtaining credit approvals, preparing financial paperwork, and selling vehicle insurance products. The role also involves ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and maximizing dealership profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and aftermarket products, as well as excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. The role requires a proven track record of high product penetration and F&I income performance.
