Job Description
The Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for supporting and advancing OTAVA's virtual infrastructure, enterprise systems, and automation platforms. This role contributes to configuration, and support of infrastructure, configuration management, orchestration, and automation tools.
Requirements
- Design and deliver customer environments hosted on VMware Cloud Foundation
- Lead implementation and onboarding of customer workloads, including migrations
- Deploy, configure, and support VMware technologies including vSphere, NSX, vSAN, and VCF components
- Implement and support Veeam-based backup and recovery solutions
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across compute, storage, networking, and virtualization layers
- Work directly with customers to understand requirements and translate them into practical solutions
- Partner with internal teams to improve delivery processes, tooling, and operational efficiency
- Participate in escalation support for complex or high-impact customer issues
