Requirements

• Completed training as an engineer, technician, or master (m/f/d) in the technical field
• Proven leadership skills in dealing with teams and individuals
• Developed technical understanding for production systems, machines, and technical equipment
• In-depth knowledge in the field of plastic injection molding and electrical engineering
• Experience in the field of secondary energy generation is beneficial
