
Job description
Serve client families by making at-need cemetery arrangements and selling pre-need arrangements. Provide personalized service and generate revenue for the cemetery.
Prospect for new clients, build relationships with families, and sell pre-need arrangements. Respond to client inquiries, prepare for appointments, and follow through on customer problems.
Must be able to build trust-based relationships, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment. Must also be able to pass a presentation certification and obtain an insurance license if required.
