
Job description
This position will augment our current team discipline of reverse engineering and development of form, fit, function, and interface (FFFI) electronics and avionics solutions for a variety of DoD platforms and military services. The Electrical Engineer will play a vital role on a team that currently performs all tasks required to evaluate, design, and produce reverse engineering solutions.
Identifying, defining, and solving complex technical problems, developing and delivering complex technical presentations, leading major program and/or design reviews, and performing extensive research and complex analysis.
This role requires a high level of ingenuity and innovation, and the ability to lead in each phase throughout the process to get from legacy to FFFI replacement. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on complex technical projects and provide technical guidance to engineers.
