Job Description
Scotiabank is seeking a Director to oversee the Global Fixed Income Settlements Technology team in Toronto, focusing on modernization and strategy. The role involves leading operations technology, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The team supports Impact globally and interacts with external stakeholders and business partners.
Requirements
- 12+ years of IT and business/industry work experience.
- Engineering/Development or strong technical background.
- Experience with vendor communication and management.
- Excellent business knowledge (vision, financial objectives, strategy, and impact of projects).
- Process knowledge in scheduling, resource allocation, risk management and systems design.
- Critical thinking and continuous improvement skills.
