Requirements
- Promote a customer-centric culture to deepen relationships with customers and contribute to the growth of key customers
- Perform operational procedures and activities in accordance with internal regulations, inter-company commercial agreements of the Scotiabank Group, and current legal dispositions
- Develop a Commercial Management with Small Businesses, seeking profitability and growth of the portfolio, through sales and service
- Evaluate the performance of your clients, identifying and anticipating future needs and risks
- Use the tools made available by the bank: Bt, Intranet, campaigns, ISTS, commercial intelligence database (mailing), among others
- Review and follow up on work recovery and collection in a timely manner
- Identify and manage, the potential commercial areas of the area of influence and network of contacts
- Offer a quality service that marks a difference in the market under the guidelines and quality levels required
- Manage a team work with internal and external sales forces, for the achievement of the assigned commercial goals
- Meet commercial goals by promoting the sale of defined products; supporting specific campaigns; and identifying needs, to offer solution alternatives and/or direct the client to the corresponding areas to generate business opportunities for their agency, aligned with the commercial strategies of SBP
