QA Analyst

We are seeking a QA Analyst to join our Global Fraud Authentications Technology team. The successful candidate will perform manual tests, develop test data, and collaborate with the development team to ensure the quality of our products.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Postman for API testing.
• 2+ years of experience in using GCP BigQuery to perform SQL-based testing of large-scale datasets.
• Strong knowledge of Confluent Kafka pipelines, message flows, and downstream data validation.
• Hands-on experience using Splunk/Argo CD to search, analyze and visualize application logs for functional, integration, and API testing.
• 2-3 Years of Quality Analyst experience preferable with cloud technologies like Google cloud or Azure.
• Must have experience of QA processes, agile delivery & testing processes, testing methodologies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and be able to capture and present status reports, test results, functional testing result and do ongoing reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to review the requirements or stories and define and develop test strategy, test plan, test cases, test acceptance criteria and test scripts to support our product and platform teams.
• Ideally have worked on agile and waterfall projects in the past and capable of thriving on fast paced, challenging environment and must be proactive and dynamic, and demonstrate initiative and eagerness to learn.
• Experience in providing QAT time and effort estimation based on business requirement.
